The ladies 5s were ready and raring to go in their early home game against BBHC ladies 3s.  We dominated play and were eventually rewarded with a goal by Hilary Mercer which was quickly followed by a great strike from Michelle Phillips putting us 2 - 0 up. The defence dealt calmly with any balls that came their way with player of the match Felicity Bone picking up loose balls and passing them straight back to our forwards. We continued to play some great hockey in the 2nd half and Michelle Phillips got her second goal after a rebound off the goalie.  Janet Fuller scored in the last few minutes of the game with a volley into the side netting cementing our 4 - 0 win.  Another great team performance putting us top of the league.
